Welcome MCA members
and supporters!

Whether you are a seasoned professional or starting your career, the resources and services provided through your membership in the Mississippi Counseling Association will:

• Expand your knowledge and enhance your skills
• Grow your network
• Demonstrate your commitment to the counseling profession and those you serve
• Help you save on continuing education and conferences with exclusive discounts
• Students, retirees, and recent graduates can receive discounted memberships
• Maximize your professional development
• Keep you ahead of the educational learning curve
• Assist you in advocating for counseling concerns
• Allow you to have many leadership opportunities

This year’s theme has been “Kick It Up a Notch: Pride, Purpose, and Professionalism.” Each of the Regions, Divisions, and Interest Groups continue to work hard to reach the highest status possible. The goal of Golden Pepper has been reached by sixteen different groups.

If you are interested in volunteering your services to any of the groups, you can do so by emailing Sonya Sumrall, MCA President 2012-2013 at smsumrall@att.net or by calling 601-433-3765.
